DEXPAND®-CF70 is a repair system for pipelines ≥ 2 inches (≥ DN 50) in diameter to help extend the life of pipelines. When DEXPAND®-CF70 is used for repairs, corroded or eroded pipelines are restored to their original structural integrity and can be safely and continuously used again at maximum working pressure. DEXPAND®-CF70 is also suitable for marine pipelines due to its excellent resistance to salt water.
Repairs can be carried out during operation and without time-consuming and expensive pipeline interruptions.
DEXPAND-CF70 meets the requirements of ISO/TS 24817 and is a suitable permanent repair method for repairing defects with a minimum residual wall thickness of 20% - regardless of wall thickness and strength values.
The resistance of DEXPAND-CF70 has been tested by independent TÜV Süd laboratories.
