Delivery of goods

1.1. At the buyer's choice, the Goods are delivered by a transport company.

1.2. The exact delivery price depends on the weight and price of the ordered Goods.

1.3. We deliver the goods ordered in the online store throughout Lithuania within 2 - 5 working days after order confirmation.

1.4. If more than one Product is ordered, they may be delivered at different times. There is no additional transport fee for this.

1.5. The right of ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the courier hands over the Goods to the Buyer.

1.6. During the delivery of the package, the Buyer or the Buyer's representative must check the condition of the package with the representative of the transport company.

1.7. If a violation of the package of the shipment is detected, the Buyer or the Buyer's representative has the right not to accept the shipment. In this case, the courier, together with the Buyer or the Buyer's representative, fills out the package inspection report submitted by the courier, which indicates the violations found.

1.8. After the Buyer or the Buyer's representative accepts the shipment and signs the courier's data logger or the paper delivery confirmation without comments, it is considered that the Goods were delivered in intact packaging.

1.9. Upon delivery of the Goods to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer shall be deemed to have received the Goods, regardless of whether the Goods are actually accepted by the Buyer or another person who accepted the Goods at the specified address. If the Goods are not delivered on the day of delivery, the Buyer shall immediately inform the Seller.

1.10. When the Goods are not accepted by the Buyer, the Buyer must specify the data of the person accepting the Goods in the delivery information of the order.

1.11. When accepting the Goods, it is necessary to present a document confirming the identity of the person. If the Buyer cannot accept the Goods, but the Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer cannot make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the Goods to the wrong person.

1.12. The Buyer must check the quantity, quality and completeness of the Goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the Goods. If the Buyer does not do so within the specified period and does not make a claim to the Seller, it is considered that the quantity, quality and completeness of the Goods comply with the terms of the Agreement.

Product collection in stock

1.13. If the buyer chooses, the ordered Goods can be picked up free of charge in the warehouses of UAB "Vilduja".

1.14. After the Seller prepares the Goods for pick-up, the Buyer is informed about this by e-mail or phone call.

1.15. The ordered Goods must be collected no later than within 3 (three) working days after the Seller informed the Buyer by e-mail or phone call about the collection of the Goods. If the goods are not picked up within the specified period, the order may be cancelled.

1.16. The ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the Seller hands over the Goods to the Buyer.

1.17. When picking up the Goods in the store, the Buyer must provide:

a) specify the order number;

b) provide an identity document.

1.18. Only the Buyer can collect the Goods. If the Goods are to be collected by another person, he must be specified as the person handling the Goods when ordering the Goods. If the Buyer is a legal entity, the Seller may require authorization to collect the Goods.

1.19. The list of UAB "Vilduja" warehouses where you can pick up the Goods is provided in the "Contacts" section of the home page.

1.20.When picking up the goods, the Buyer or the Buyer's representative must check the quantity, quality and completeness of the Goods:

a) upon detection of a violation of the packaging of the Goods, inconsistency in the quantity, quality or completeness of the Goods, the Buyer or the Buyer's representative has the right not to accept the Goods;

b) Upon acceptance of the Goods by the Buyer or the Buyer's representative, it is considered that the Goods have been delivered in suitable packaging, the quantity, quality and assembly of the Goods comply with the terms of the Agreement
